The service and its provider
Stage1Files is supplied by ALLCHIPTUNINGFILES LLC. Contact us at allchiptuningfiles@gmail.com or at 1209 Mountain Road Place, Northeast, Albuquerque, NM, USA. The product is downloadable Windows software with account-based access to supported automated Stage 1 processing. It is intended for professional tuners and workshops. Reading tools, vehicle programming hardware and workshop services are separate from this software access.
Before you purchase
Check the published ECU/TCU directory, the actual file’s eligibility and the licensing conditions before buying. A control-unit family listing does not mean every hardware or software version is supported. The final checkout identifies the purchase and amount payable. If the checkout does not match your intended purchase, stop and contact Support.
Access periods and daily allowances
The current access periods, prices and daily file allowances are maintained on our Pricing page. Automatic processing requires active access and available allowance. Additional daily capacity applies to the remaining active annual membership period. A daily allowance is not a guarantee that every file submitted will be eligible.
Registration and account security
Use a valid email address that you can access. A registration code is delivered through the purchase email. Keep the code and your password private. Supply accurate registration details and do not use another person’s account. Contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access. The hardware-bound licence conditions also apply.
Your workshop responsibilities
You are responsible for authorized access to the vehicle and files, correct identification, preserving an original, selecting suitable reading and writing tools, the vehicle’s condition, and validating the result. Do not write an unverified or mismatched file. The software does not replace diagnostics, professional judgement or the requirements of your programming equipment.
Updates, support and renewal
Software updates are included during active access. The published update policy is monthly; actual releases and platform additions must be checked in the application. Use the in-app Support section for product questions. Annual renewal is available through Extend Subscription. Purchase-specific payment or recurring-billing terms are those shown when you authorize the payment.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital purchases are subject to the Refund and Cancellation policies. Any mandatory rights that apply to you remain unaffected. A general acknowledgement of these terms is not presented as a waiver of statutory rights or as consent to a separate recurring charge.
Limits and changes
No universal vehicle support, power output, processing time or risk-free result is promised. Applicable mandatory rights and remedies remain in force. Updated website terms show an updated date; a later website change does not by itself rewrite the terms of a completed purchase. Contact us with any question about the conditions applying to your order.
