Use a physical Windows PC. Virtual Windows environments are unsupported, and remote-desktop software can prevent the application from running.

Your membership supports up to 2 registered devices: 2 Windows PCs or 1 Windows PC and 1 iPhone. Contact Support before replacing a registered device.

A minimum Windows version, memory specification and storage requirement are not published. Ask the team about your machine if compatibility is uncertain.

Check the application for updates, your remaining daily allowance and licence expiry. After Test Access activation, use Extend Subscription inside Stage1Files to purchase or renew Annual Access.

Your first launch

Install on Windows or iPhone.

Choose your platform

Download the Windows ZIP for your PC or open Stage1Files in the App Store on your iPhone.

Install Stage1Files

On Windows, extract the ZIP and run the setup EXE. On iPhone, install the app from the App Store.

Activate Test Access

Use the registration code from your website Test Access purchase to create your account.

Use the same account

Sign in on up to 2 devices: 2 Windows PCs or 1 PC + 1 iPhone. Purchase Annual Access later through Extend Subscription in the Windows application.
