Before completing checkout
You can leave checkout before authorizing a payment. A cancelled checkout page alone does not prove whether a separate payment was completed. Check the confirmation email or contact Support if the payment state is unclear.
After a digital purchase
Contact allchiptuningfiles@gmail.com with your order reference if you want to cancel an issued registration code or active digital access. The Refund policy and any mandatory rights apply. Please distinguish between stopping future renewal and requesting a refund for a completed purchase.
Access expiry and renewal
The licence has the duration shown in the selected access plan. Annual renewal is offered through Extend Subscription in the desktop application. Review the payment screen for the exact billing authorization and any recurring-payment terms. This website does not silently subscribe you to a different plan.
Additional daily capacity
Additional token packs raise the daily limit during the remaining active annual membership period. They do not establish a separate published access duration. Contact Support before purchasing a pack if you plan to change, cancel or renew your membership.
Contact and mandatory rights
Send requests to allchiptuningfiles@gmail.com. Include the purchase email and order reference, but no password or full payment details. Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation or withdrawal right that applicable law provides.
