Work only on vehicles and data that you are authorized to access and modify. Keep the customer’s instructions and the technical purpose clear. Protect customer information and use the authenticated support workflow when files are required.
Mechanical condition and verification
Diagnose relevant faults and assess mechanical condition before calibration. Preserve the original, record the exact ECU/TCU identity, follow your tool’s documented programming procedure and validate the final result. Do not treat a family match as permission to write an arbitrary file.
Lawful operation
Your work must comply with applicable vehicle, emissions, safety, noise, licensing and intellectual-property requirements. A software capability is not legal authorization for a modification. Do not use the service to evade those obligations or misrepresent the condition of a vehicle.
Protect the service
Do not automate abusive registration attempts, test stolen registration codes, share accounts, interfere with other users, bypass licence checks or use the proxies as a relay to other systems. Report a suspected security issue privately through the contact address.
Communicate accurately
Provide honest technical information and a clear description of the requested support. Do not claim unsupported performance guarantees, universal compatibility or an official manufacturer endorsement based on the availability of this software.
