Daily tokens, explained.

Each plan has a daily automatic-file allowance. The published refresh time is 00:00 on the service’s schedule. The account display is your reference for remaining capacity; the public policy does not specify a timezone.

Additional token packs increase the daily allowance for the remaining active annual period. For example, adding five daily tokens to the Professional allowance gives 10 files per day for that remaining term. This is an example of capacity, not a published pack price.

Contact Support for pack options and renewal handling. Do not assume unused allowance accumulates or that an added pack carries into a new membership period without confirmation.

Can I buy Annual Access directly on the website?

No. New customers must buy Test Access on this website first. Activate your account, then purchase Annual Access only inside the Stage1Files desktop application.

How do I upgrade from Test Access to Annual Access?

After activating Test Access, sign in to the Stage1Files desktop application with the same account. Open Extend Subscription, select Annual Access and check the purchase details before paying. Do not create another account or buy another Test Access code for the upgrade.

Is Test Access a free trial?

No. Test Access is paid access and the required first purchase for new customers. The current price, access period and daily allowance are shown on the Pricing page.

What does test access include?

€50 gives 7 days of access with 1 automatic file per day, software updates during active access and in-app support.

What does Professional include?

€500 gives 365 days of access with 5 automatic files per day, software updates during active access and in-app support. Purchase Annual Access inside the application after activating Test Access. It is not available from website checkout. Additional daily capacity is optional.

When does the daily allowance refresh?

The daily allowance refreshes at 00:00 on the service’s schedule. The published policy does not specify a timezone. Check the allowance shown in your account before planning a time-sensitive job.

Can I increase my daily file limit?

Additional daily token packs raise the daily limit for the remaining active annual membership period. They are additional daily capacity, not a one-off pool of files. Contact Support for the current pack options and price.

How many devices can I use with one membership?

One membership supports up to 2 devices: 2 Windows PCs or 1 Windows PC and 1 iPhone. Sign in with the same Stage1Files account on both devices. Contact Support before replacing a registered device or making major hardware changes.

What happens when access expires?

Continued automated processing requires active access. Annual members can renew in “Extend Subscription” in the application. Keep independent copies of your originals and completed files.
