One licensed computer
The licence is tied to one computer’s hardware. Use the software on the physical PC associated with your account. An access plan grants time-limited use under its daily conversion allowance; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its proprietary calibration logic.
Hardware changes and transfers
Hardware changes or transfers are controlled. Contact Support before replacing major components, reinstalling onto another device or retiring the licensed PC. Do not assume that moving the program folder transfers the licence or that unlimited transfers are included.
Supported environment
Use a physical Windows environment. Virtualized Windows is not supported. The application can close if remote desktop software such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk is detected. The website does not publish an unverified minimum Windows version, RAM figure or processor requirement. Ask Support about your planned machine.
Account and access
Keep account credentials and registration codes private. Do not share or resell access to a hardware-bound account. Processing requires active access and available daily allowance. Use the official download and update workflow.
Permitted use and proprietary material
Use the software for lawful, authorized professional work. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with licence checks, redistribute the software as your own product or extract proprietary implementation for unauthorized use. These conditions do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Originals, results and validation
Keep an independent original-file backup and a documented recovery workflow. The software’s MyFiles history is a workflow feature, not an unconditional archival guarantee. Validate results for the exact vehicle and intended use before programming.

Contact allchiptuningfiles@gmail.com or use in-app Support for licence issues. Annual access can be renewed through Extend Subscription. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by their respective policies and applicable mandatory rights.
