How do I upgrade from Test Access to Annual Access?
After activating Test Access, sign in to the Stage1Files desktop application with the same account. Open Extend Subscription, select Annual Access and check the purchase details before paying. Do not create another account or buy another Test Access code for the upgrade.
How do I check whether my file is supported?
Search the control-unit family in the coverage directory. A family listing is not confirmation of every hardware/software combination. Check the exact original file in the application or ask Support before committing to a job.
Is my license tied to one computer?
Yes. The license is hardware-bound to one computer. Contact Support before replacing hardware or transferring to another PC; transfers are controlled and are not unlimited.
